Return & Refunds Policy

At Kiora Walks, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent returns and refunds process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, manuals, accessories, or labels must be included
  • The item must be returned with a valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Perishable or hygienic products (such as filters or wearable tech with skin contact)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

  1. Contact Us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] to initiate a return request. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
  4. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of contact (we will notify you by email). Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your email inbox and spam folder for a confirmation message.
  2. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
